Design & Print Info
All prices include a 1-Colour, Front Print, for extra colours and placements, extra charges may apply. For custom designs, a design fee will be discussed. We hand print all of our Tees, Sweatshirts and Totes in our studio in Sheffield using High Quality Vinyl.

Ordering Process & Lead-times

Local delivery is also available for Sheffield based businesses. 

Shipping Fees
Shipping is calculated per delivery address, please contact us to arrange this. This cost will be included in your itemised invoice. UK Wholesale orders of over £250 are eligible for free shipping. You will receive tracking information when your order has shipped.

Minimums
For a first wholesale order there is a minimum order of 25 items on wholesale orders, however these can be split between styles/sizes etc. Thereafter, minimums can be discussed further.

Payment Terms
Once we send an itemised invoice, payment must be made via BACS transfer prior to shipping, unless other terms otherwise agreed.

Is VAT applied to my purchase?
Yes, all prices stated include VAT charged at 20% - UK VAT Registered Number: 319 6217 96

Returns
Wholesale Returns
We can only accept returns on faulty items. We make it our goal to only deliver the best in quality and each piece is personally inspected prior to shipping to ensure your order is in perfect condition. However, if we have missed the mark on this, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your order and we will arrange for a replacement of damaged items.

Drop Shipping Returns
For drop shipping customers, each product is printed to order, so unless there is a
fault with the item we cannot accept returns.

You'll need to handle all customer returns yourself if it's due to your customer changing their
mind, exchanging or any other reason other than a product fault.

It's always a good idea to detail your returns policy carefully on your website, including your
returns address :)

Packaging
All our apparel is shipped to you folded with a hang tag in a box or biodegradable mailer (for smaller orders). If you require each item to be individually packaged in a poly bag, please let us know. All our Tees are branded with a heat seal in the back neck.

Wash at 30 degrees, Wash with Similar Colours
Do Not Tumble Dry, Coll Iron Inside Out
