Whats the deal?
Just choose your size and a new and exclusively designed T-Shirt will be dropped through your letterbox every 2 months. What could be a better pick-me-up? You can choose between a reoccurring bi-monthly subscription (amend, pause, skip or cancel at anytime) or a pre-paid 6 month subscription (3 x T-Shirt drops) which would make a perfect surprise gift for a loved one!
The design won't be available to purchase separately through the website for at least a 3 month period, to allow the subscription members exclusivity.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot send subscription boxes internationally. If you make a purchase to an international address the purchase will be refunded.
Cut-Off Date For Sign-Up
For example; If you sign up on the 23rd January, you will be billed immediately for the February box, your first box will arrive on the 4/5/6th February and then your next bill will be on the 28th of March for shipment of the April box on the 1/2/3rd April.
What is the P&P Cost?

When will I receive my first Letterbox T-Shirt?
All T-Shirts will be shipped via 1st Class Royal Mail post during the first three days of the subscription month (as listed in the above chart, except in January, where the letterbox will be delayed by a few days for the Christmas Break).
What is a recurring Bi-Monthly Subscription?
A Bi-Monthly commitment means that you are signing up to receive our new and exclusive T-Shirt every 2 months (see above table for dates).
Amendments such as change of address etc can be made through your subscriber account or by contacting us here or at email@example.com.

Our Size Chart for the Sweaters, Hoodies and T-Shirts is as below, however I would advise that the fit of our Sweaters and Hoodies are slightly on the looser side :)
Body Length (Sweaters)
Body length is measured from Shoulder Point to Hem in inches
All measurements are subject to 1-2cm tolerance either side
Standard orders are processed between 1-3 business days.
All items are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Post from our studio in Sheffield, United Kingdom, delivery times are listed below;
UK addresses: 1-2 Business Days.
Within the European Union: 3-5 Business Days.
Outside the European Union: 5-7 Business Days. (On occasion please allow up-to 10 Business Days to allow for possible customs delays.)
Items are not sent by Recorded Delivery, if you would like to have your Items shipped via Recorded/Tracked delivery please let us know and we can give you a price for shipping.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer Refunds or Exchanges on Tees that have been personalised or were purchased on Sale.
The return postage for any Refunds or Exchanges is at the Buyers Cost.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It can take around 3-5 working days for the funds to be allocated back to your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon its arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
